Welcome to Impact Gymnastics Academy’s website. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to www.impactgymaz.com (the “Site”), operated by Impact Gymnastics Academy (“Impact,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Program Name: Impact Updates & Events

Program Description:
By opting into this program, you agree to receive updates, promotions, and announcements related to classes, camps, birthday parties, team programs, and special events at Impact Gymnastics Academy. Messages may include reminders, exclusive offers, schedule changes, and upcoming events.


You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 1–3 messages per week. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

a. Impact Gymnastics offers a variety of programs including recreational gymnastics, competitive teams, Ninja Zone, birthday parties, camps, and merchandise through the Site.
b. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any service or offering at any time.

Payments

a. Payments made via the Site are processed securely.

Intellectual Property

a. All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, photos) is owned or licensed by Impact Gymnastics and protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You may not reuse, modify, or distribute any Site content without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

b. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
c. Impact Gymnastics disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law.

Limitation of Liability

a. To the fullest extent allowed under Arizona law, Impact Gymnastics and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site.
b. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us, if applicable.

Governing Law

Data Sharing & Privacy

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors for support-related services (e.g., customer service). SMS opt-in data and consent will never be sold or shared with third parties.
