CLASSES
At IMPACT Gymnastics Academy, we offer a variety of gymnastics classes for all ages and skill levels. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced gymnast looking to refine your skills, we have a class for you. Our experienced coaches will guide you through each step of your gymnastics journey, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Kinder Kids
The Kinder Kids program consists of classes for children 18 months to 5 years. Learn the A, B, C’s of our program: Active Kids, Big Kids, Curious Kids, Daring and Dynamite Kids!
*Pro Tip: The Daring and Dynamite kids programs are 'Invite" only, each gymnast is required to have a coach evaluation as well.

Ninja Zone
The Ninja Zone program provides children with a unique channel to redirect their energy. Practicing the sport of Ninja will exercise their minds, build character, confidence, and cultivate discipline. Ninja Zone teaches kids how to reach their goals, while building confidence and gaining the techniques needed to face any challenge. Parents witness their children succeeding and having fun, while being reassured that the physical, mental, and emotional needs of their kids are being met.
USAG Developmental Program
Our Developmental program is governed by the United States Association of Gymnastics.

Our program consists of levels 2-10 in the Development Program. USAG has specific skill requirements for each level and the students will master those skills that pertain to their level and then compete against other teams in the United States of America. Our levels 2-5 compete in the fall seasons, and our 6 -10 teams compete in the spring season.
XCEL Team
The girls XCEL team program is a competitive recreational program aimed at keeping girls in the sport of gymnastics. Impact’s XCEL program consists of levels bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and diamond. The requirements of this program are less stringent and allows girls to compete and have longevity in the sport because the time commitment is less than the USGA Development program.
The tumbling programs are designed for co-eds with a desire to tumble. The classes will focus on the elements necessary for tumbling.

This class is compromised of core activities involving tumbling. (Excluding: Bar, Beam, and Vault.)
Developmental
Our developmental program is for children up to the age of 8 that show promise in the following areas: strength, flexibility, and athleticism. This program is invitation only and the children must be good listeners and be able to learn at an accelerated pace. These classes move at a faster pace than our Kinder Kids classes and your child will be groomed for placement on our competitive team.
IMPACT Team Cheer
Team Cheer is one of the newest additions to our IMPACT classes. This program is designed for athletes who want to build strong cheer fundamentals in a positive, high-energy team environment. Cheerleaders will focus on proper technique in jumps, tumbling, stunts, and performance while developing strength, flexibility, confidence, and teamwork.
Whether your athlete is new to cheer or looking to grow their skills, Team Cheer at Impact provides a supportive pathway to excel, have fun, and shine as part of a team!
IMPACT (REC) R- TEAM
(R) Team at Impact Gymnastics Academy is a recreational competitive program for athletes who want the excitement of gymnastics competition without the commitment of travel. This invitational-only team trains in a structured, team-focused environment where gymnasts learn and perform full routines while refining technique, strength, and presentation. Athletes experience all the elements of authentic gymnastics competitions—including routines, judging, and meet-day preparation—while building confidence, discipline, and a love for the sport in a positive, supportive setting.
