Enrollment & Billing

Dress Code

  • Gymnasts: Leotards preferred, no jewelry, hair tied back

  • NinjaZone: Official NinjaZone uniform required, closed-toe shoes are required

  • Tumble: Athletic wear, no shoes

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What happens if my child misses a class?

    • You must mark your child absent at least one hour before their scheduled class, and you will receive a makeup token.

  • How do I cancel or pause my membership?

    • To cancel your membership, you must enter your drop date via the app or parent portal by the 20th of the month. We do not pause accounts.

  • Can we schedule a trial class? Yes, this can be done via the app or the parent portal on our website. 

  • Are siblings allowed in the gym? Yes, but they must remain with an adult at all times. 

  • What holidays are you closed? New Years, Memorial Day, Junteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas
